This EP goes through the steps I may take when going into a meditative state to go on a shamanic spiritual journey. I've learned so much from the various times I've done this and I wanted to make something that could feel like one of those experiences.

I played all of my own instruments that I often use to help get me into that space. I kept the same tune throughout for a sense of consistency and wanted to combine natural sounds with some more eccentric effects to create a type of dreamscape, as that is the kind of realm you are in when spiritually journeying. This project is somewhat limited in lyrics so that you focus on the instrumental to journey wherever your heart takes you.

I know it's really weird but I'm so proud of it and I hope someone else will enjoy it just as much as me!
